Lee Carsley has shuffled his pack ahead of England's Nations League matches against Greece and Finland in the October international window.
With Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden and Cole Palmer all available again, having missed September's games, the trio were named in Carsley's squad on Thursday.
They are joined by Tottenham Hotspur striker Dominic Solanke, earning a first call-up since November 2017 after an excellent start to life with his new club, and the returning Kyle Walker who will hope to tick off the first of the ten caps he needs to join Harry Kane in the 100 club.
An injury problem rules Harry Maguire out while James Maddison, himself in fine form for Spurs, has not been named in the squad.
Carsley told the press: "There were a lot of players who were close to this squad.
"With the talent we have available, it would have been possible to pick a 40-man squad and justify having them all in. The challenge is making sure we pick a competitive squad and a squad that can win the two games."
