Ellen White didn't waste time getting the two goals she needed against Latvia on Tuesday evening to follow up her 100th cap with another landmark.
The England striker marked her century of caps with the only goal of Saturday's game against Austria, her 45th international strike.
That left her one short of equalling Kelly Smith's England record and with the Lionesses having put ten past Latvia in the reverse fixture, as expected there were plenty of opportunities for White at Doncaster's Keepmoat Stadium.
And it took less than ten minutes of a one-sided World Cup qualifier for White to first equal and then surpass Smith's mark.
In fact England netted six times in the opening 25 minutes against their outclassed opponents to continue their relentless march towards the 2023 tournament in Australia and New Zealand.
